SENIOR COUNCIL

The Senior Council consists of a select group of University of Maryland seniors whose purpose is informing, involving, and unifying the senior class. One of the main goals of the Senior Council is to improve and enhance the overall senior experience of Maryland seniors through a variety of programs and services.

The mission of The Senior Council is to:

  • INFORM senior students at the University of resources on campus that can aid them in their job/school search and procedures that need to be completed during the senior year;
  • INVOLVE seniors in activities designed to improve their senior experience at the University of Maryland; and
  • UNIFY the senior class and promote a sense of community among seniors that will encourage them to contribute toward the senior class gift and give them incentive to become involved with the Alumni Association.
